We are currently working on our speaker list for the 2009 conference.   If you are interested in speaking, please complete the form below. 
 

• Keep presentations to 35 – 40 minutes with 5 – 10 minutes for question and answer (45 minutes total)
• Not be for solicitation purposes. Sales and other material may be handed out to seminar attendees at the END of each presentation, not before or during. No special offers or discounts may be offered or advertised verbally or otherwise during the seminars.
• Authorize the use of photography or videotaping for promotional purposes.
• Agree to check-in at the event no later than 8:30 AM on February 12, 2008.
• Provide a full out-line of presentation to promoter on or before January 20, 2008.

Completion of this application does not guarantee a presentation spot. Potential presenters will be contacted via telephone and confirmed via written agreement.
